Bejing has been lots of fun. It is very big. And there are people EVERYWHERE. But you feel safe and comfortable.

The main streets are wide and clean, like this one.

The food is good and cheap. You can get all your favorites like lo mein and pot stickers at most restaurants.

The beer is good and cheap too: $0.97 for a big bottle.

The streets are filled with shops.

I didn't go to this one, but the name was intriguing.

I've made some new friends along the way. These guys are a lot more fun than they look.

One of the more interesting aspects of China is how the people have embraced me.

I spent the day at The Forbidden City yesterday and people would ask to have their picture taken with me.

This gal was very tall and very friendly.
